Great views, liked favourable and gorgeous setting.

The breakfast was wonderful, I would come here again. Generally, the place was gorgeous and had lovely friendly stuff particularly on the reception desk. The room was reasonably large and packs all that was necessary. The restaurant was good, excellant food.

I always stay at this amazing hotel. The staff were so kind, they even brought me a hot drink when it was cold outside. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi, parking, and a fitness center to massages and a kids club. I'm coming back for my holiday!

The only service I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace. It would have been convenient to have a designated area for working and accessing necessary equipment or resources.

Great hotel all round. Staff were very friendly, they were very responsive to all our demands/ questions, and the pool was top class. One suggestion- Internet access in the rooms would be ideal. We are planning a return visit as our trip was very successful.

The breakfast selection was great with so many options to choose from. The gym was also a plus, as it had just enough equipment for a decent workout. the hotel was located in close proximity to many restaurants and cafes - perfect for grabbing a quick bite or a cup of coffee.

The rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovation. The carpets were stained, and the furniture looked like it had seen better days.

The hotel's central position made it super easy to explore the charming lake villages. The innovative Italian cuisine served in unique settings was a treat. The spa was a great place to relax and the conference facilities were impressive.

Can't think of anything, it was such a flawless experience. NOT!

The Hotel is in an excellent position with beautiful views of the lake, away from the main road but with easy access and parking.

The food prepared by the hotel chef for dinner was superb, and the wait staff was excellent; we were treated like royalty. It was the ultimate in dining. The clerks at the desk were most helpful. The main floor of the hotel was beautiful and luxurious, and the location had to be the best in Menaggio! Beautiful views of Lake Como were to be had if you rented on the front side of the hotel, and if they haze ever lifted from the lake (which didn't happen the three days we were there). Perhaps one of the biggest pluses was their parking---ample and easy to get in and out of!

Though the rooms were clean, they were somewhat mediocre. They were small and dated (some stains on the carpeting and cracks in the bathroom tile). We could not find the two English-speaking channels that were said to be available (BBC and CNN), and the TV was no bigger than a computer monitor. There is no internet service in the rooms; one must go to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was tasty, but average, especially when considering the price. This all being said, we would probably stay there again because of positives listed above.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides 4 meeting rooms available for events. The facilities were well-equipped and spacious, allowing for a productive and successful meeting. The staff was also attentive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay.
